Synopsis: Naval Secret Service Agent Philip Calvert is sent to uncover the piracy of millons of pounds in gold bullion in the Irish Sea.

The trail leads him, under the guise of a Marine biologist to a bleak and lonely bay in a remote part of Scotland and the extravagant lifestyle of Sir Anthony Skouras.
